Rebranding VitaClay

We have rebranded VitaClay, a brand of multifunctional clay cookers that blend traditional techniques from ancient China with cutting-edge modern technology.

Unlike other pressure cookers, crock pots or slow cookers, VitaClay products are crafted from unglazed Zisha clay. With traditional nourishing properties, this organic material has been formed over thousands of years on the lake beds of southern China.

Long-prized by Emperors for boosting health, wellbeing and longevity, Zisha is finely textured and slightly porous, with low thermal conductivity – and none of the toxins found in metals and non-stick coatings.

To emphasise the unique benefits of using VitaClay products, and the pivotal role of clay, we opted for a warm, subtle colour palette that draws on the earthy shades of the natural material.

Inspired by ‘maker’s mark’ stamps used to identify the creator of a piece of pottery, the new VitaClay logo adds an artisanal flourish, giving the brand the style and quiet confidence it needs to stand out in a sea of hi-tech kitchen gadgetry.

Along with developing the fresh new VitaClay brand, we created brand 
guidelines, event materials to launch the new products, designs for packaging, social graphics and shot and styled the beautiful food photography at our in-house photography studio.
