UNaverage NTU Student Live Brief
The UNaverage brief with Nottingham Trent University has officially wrapped up and the final presentations did not disappoint.
After an inspiring interim session earlier in the project, it was fantastic to welcome the students into our studio to present their final ideas and showcase how deeply they had explored the challenge.
The brief asked students to rethink product categories that have become predictable and “average”, pushing them to create brands and concepts that truly stand out. The outcomes showed exactly that… thoughtful, creative ideas that really got under the skin of the brief.
Some of the standout concepts included:
• A jam range inspired by paintings from famous artists
• Stackable character crisp boxes
• Alcohol-infused ice cubes created for festival goers
• A water brand designed to improve focus amongst students
• A sunscreen brand built for all weather conditions
• A spice brand inspired by the world of makeup
• A dry shampoo brand designed specifically for festival goers
• A hair treatment brand specifically created for Type 4 coily hair
A huge well done to all of the students for the confidence, creativity and hard work shown throughout the project. It was brilliant to see such strong thinking and presentation skills on display.
Thank you again to everyone involved, we’re excited to see where your ideas take you next.
