Transforming own-brand

We’ve been working with Kramp Group – Europe’s leading specialist of parts and accessories for agriculture, forest & landscaping and construction – to help them reimagine their own-brand packaging.

As the first launch in a wider own-brand packaging transformation, we re-designed their shoe boxes to make an immediate statement, both on shelf and behind the scenes. With a newly consolidated global range, this was the perfect moment to introduce a bold, confident identity that unapologetically owns red in the category.

The project went beyond packaging. It reimagined the entire product experience. Inside the box, every detail is considered: from branded tissue paper that elevates the unboxing moment, to a durable branded bag designed to store worn, muddy boots, extending usefulness beyond purchase. On the inside of the box, a simple, confident message, ‘Made to last’ reinforces the brand’s commitment to quality and performance.

On shelf, die-cut swing tags improve navigation and product clarity, while flexible POS concepts could bring added theatre to store environments. These elements not only drive standout but actively invite customers to engage, even enabling boots to be tested across different terrains. The result is a cohesive, hard-working design system that delivers impact at every touchpoint, from the very first glance to long after purchase.
